THE BRIEF

This grand terrace in the heart of Paddington was given a new lease on life with a thoughtful interior and exterior renovation. The brief was to create a home that could flex for a growing family—offering separation when needed, and inviting shared spaces for entertaining.

The heritage façade was carefully restored in collaboration with the Paddington Society, including the reinstatement of intricate cast iron lacework and a new wrought iron fence and gate, forged to match the period streetscape.

Inside, a series of refined living zones now offer a sense of calm and connection. The final result is a home that feels grounded and enduring—designed to evolve with its inhabitants while honouring its architectural past.
